- We don't build websites for clients. Conversion funnels for ad campaigns yes; brochure sites no — there are better specialists.
- We don't do general PR or organic social. Our scope is paid acquisition + lead management.
- We don't do SEO for client sites — yet. We'll add it when we can deliver it as well as we deliver paid.
- We don't sub out without telling you. You'll know who's producing your creative, what vendor we use, and why.
- We don't take HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, or remodeling. Window/door replacement and one-day bath only.

Why three tiers and not custom-everything?
Because productization is what makes the system actually work. Custom-everything agencies spend 50% of their time scoping and re-scoping; productized agencies spend that time delivering. The three tiers cover 95% of the situations contractors are in.
What's included in 'creative production'?
Ad copy, ad imagery, video creative (when client provides raw footage we edit it; when not, vendors produce from scratch), thumbnail variants, A/B test creative, landing page copy. Voiceover for video ads is human-recorded primary, ElevenLabs as fallback.
Where do my leads live?
Tier 1: in your existing CRM — we connect via webhook or native integration and push every qualified lead through. Tier 2+: our team manages your lead pipeline end-to-end on our platform (response, qualification, booking) with a real-time mirror to your CRM if you want visibility. The platform is included in your retainer; you don't pay extra. Your leads are always yours; export anytime.
Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?
Yes. 30-day notice, prorated. Most clients start at Tier 1 to validate the lead source, then move to Tier 2 once they want the SDR layer.
